This Data Security & AI Policy explains how Anadixis Digital Marketing protects data, manages security, and uses artificial intelligence within AEOAgency.org and all AEO-related services.

B) What AI Does NOT Do

C) Third-Party AI Security
External AI providers (OpenAI, Google, etc) may temporarily process data to generate responses.
They operate under their own privacy and security controls, which include:

• No training on API data (as per their policies)

Data processed by AI may include:

• Client-submitted materials for audits

We strongly avoid processing personal information unless provided voluntarily by the user.

We keep data for the minimal operational period required.
Standard retention rules:
