This Data Security & AI Policy explains how Anadixis Digital Marketing protects data, manages security, and uses artificial intelligence within AEOAgency.org and all AEO-related services.

B) What AI Does NOT Do

• We do not use personal data to train external models

• We do not sell, rent or expose user data

• We do not feed private client information into open or unsecured systems

• We do not store prompts or outputs longer than operationally necessary

C) Third-Party AI Security

External AI providers (OpenAI, Google, etc) may temporarily process data to generate responses.

They operate under their own privacy and security controls, which include:

• Encrypted data transmission

• Strict API-based access

• No training on API data (as per their policies)

5. Data We Process Through AI

Data processed by AI may include:

• Public website content

• Technical SEO and AEO elements

• Brand descriptions

• Client-submitted materials for audits

• Analytics-ready text or structured data

We strongly avoid processing personal information unless provided voluntarily by the user.

6. Data Retention

We keep data for the minimal operational period required.

Standard retention rules:

• Contact form submissions: retained for service and business administration

• Audit files: kept only as long as necessary to deliver services

• AI processing logs: short retention, system-dependent

• Analytics data: standard Google Analytics retention settings

You may request deletion at any time.

• Cooperate with relevant Swiss authorities
